In order to purchase our products, you simply need to input our website mail address buyjp4u@gmail.com and Japanese Yen purchase amount in Paypal website.

Regarding Return Goods and Refunds

Unless the product you purchased has any damage or we shipped the wrong products from what you ordered, we do not accept any returns for exchange or refund. 

However, for some specific products, we do accept return of products and refunds if we clearly specify on the product page.  You need to contact us and ship the product within seven days after you received it.  Otherwise, we refuse to accept the return of the product and refund.

Regarding Custom Clearance and Duty

Our web site is not responsible for any of the charges for customs clearance and customs duty/tariff payment.  Any of the charges for customs clearance and customs duty/tariff payment.is recipient’s(purchaser’s) responsibility.
